DRAM Spot Prices Remain Flat
This week, the DRAM spot market is quiet. Even though the official prices from manufacturers have seen slight increases, they have not stimulated market purchasing momentum, primarily due to poor end-user demand. Most factories are consuming inventory at a limited pace, and overall transaction volume continues to shrink. For DDR4 1Gx8 2400/2666/3200, SK Hynix DJR-XNC/CJR-XNC prices are around USD4.65, while CJR-VKC is generally quoted at USD4.65; Samsung WC-BCTD is priced between USD4.6x and USD4.75, WB-BCRC is around USD4.55 to USD4.65, and AFR-UHC is between USD4.6x and USD4.8x. For DDR4 512×8 2400, Samsung WE-BCRC has seen prices rise to around USD4.70 to USD4.85 due to a shortage of spot supply. For DDR4 512×16 2400/2666, SK Hynix CJR-VKC’s spot price has been adjusted down to USD4.80; Samsung WC-BCTD is generally quoted at USD4.90 to USD4.95, while WB-BCRC is around USD4.90. NAND Flash Prices Show Mixed Trends
This week, the supply of high-capacity NAND Flash particles remains insufficient, and market prices are steadily rising. There are fixed inquiries for specific part numbers from Kioxia/Micron, especially for those above 256G/512G. Although some target prices are actively followed, the overlap between buyers and sellers remains limited. Other particles have only seen a few transactions at relatively low prices for SLC, and as the market continues to receive shipments, prices are expected to drop, showing intermittent momentum with clear fluctuations and mixed price trends.
Among them, Samsung SLC 1G/2G has seen a small number of inquiries released, but buyers are conservative in their pricing attitude, and the performance of other particles is not significant.
SK Hynix SLC particle prices have decreased, with both supply and demand sides being relatively passive, and no pricing actions have been taken for the spot market, leading to unclear trading conditions.
Micron SLC particle prices are generally stable, but since sellers are not actively quoting, there is more room for negotiation during price discussions, and inquiry trading conditions are also not active, with no significant demand observed.
Kioxia has adjusted its inventory on the supply side, releasing some quantities of 1G/2G/4G, with prices slightly corrected downwards. There are sporadic inquiries at relatively low prices, but actual purchasing power is limited, and prices have slightly fluctuated before declining.

TF Card Market Prices Show Weak Performance
This week, the TF card market has been relatively flat, with overall demand still poor. Most buyers remain in a wait-and-see state, and market prices are weak, making it difficult for both sides to reach an agreement, resulting in limited overall transaction volume.
