The kprintf() user interface is a lightweight logging mechanism that is very helpful for debugging startup issues on the target machine. You will see how to enable this feature and the problems you may encounter when debugging during the VxWorks startup process using this tool. Although kprintf() is usually output to a serial device, it can also redirect output to other target machine hardware devices. This experiment will allow you to use kprintf() yourself.
