Salix pyrolifolia
Scientific Name:S.pyrolifolia Leded.

A large shrub or small tree. The young branches are light yellow-brown or chestnut-colored, with sparse soft hairs. The leaves are round, oval, or ovate-elliptical, measuring 2-8 cm in length and 1.5-6 cm in width, with finely serrated edges. The upper surface is green, while the underside is pale white, with prominent leaf veins. The petiole is 2-7 mm long; the stipules are large, kidney-shaped, with serrated edges. Flowers bloom before or simultaneously with the leaves, with inflorescences measuring 3-4 cm in length; the fruiting spikes are elongated, and the flower stalks are short. The flowering period is from May to June, and the fruiting period is from June to July, growing along the banks of river valleys.
