The Skull Canyon NUC, named NUC6i7KYK, is equipped with an i7-6770HQ processor, Iris Pro Graphics 580 integrated graphics, Thunderbolt 3 interface, DDR4 memory support, and an M.2 solid-state drive slot (supports SATA3).
The NUC6i7KYK is very compact, measuring 8.3 inches long, 4.57 inches wide, and 1.1 inches thick. The all-black casing and skull pattern give the device a dynamic look. In terms of interfaces, the device has a front output equipped with an SD card reader, two USB 3.0 ports, headphone audio, and HDMI.
Users can install the Windows 10 operating system on this device via USB. It should be noted that after the system is installed, users need to manually install the relevant hardware drivers. During use, the NUC6i7KYK allows users to easily chat, browse the web, listen to music through Spotify, and even perform some image processing tasks.

In benchmark tests, the NUC6i7KYK scored higher than the latest 2-in-1 devices like the Microsoft Surface Book, which is impressive. Compared to the Raspberry Pi and CHIP microcomputer, the Intel NUC6i7KYK is much more expensive, but it is better suited for users’ daily work and entertainment experiences. The Raspberry Pi and CHIP microcomputers are more suitable for the education sector, encouraging children to learn programming and computer knowledge.
