1 How to Configure the Network?
Step 1: Enter the 【YouTao Children’s Robot】 WeChat official account, click on the menu 【Robot】’s 【Device Configuration】 to access the configuration binding mini-program;
Step 2: Turn on the smart device that needs network configuration, use voice/button to make the smart device enter configuration mode;
Step 3: Choose the configuration method based on the supported configuration methods of the device, either 【Sound Wave Configuration】 or 【Bluetooth Configuration】;(Note: Bluetooth configuration function is limited to some supported devices)
Step 4: Enter the network settings interface; input the name and password of the Wi-Fi;(Note: The smart device does not support 5G and hidden SSID networks)
Step 5: Click the configuration button, keep the phone close to the device, at this time the phone will emit sound wavessound, wait a moment, and you will hear the device voice prompt “Received sound wave”, which indicates that the device has successfully received the configuration information and is processing it;
Step 6: When the sound wave stops and the device prompts that the configuration is successful, it indicates that the device is now connected to the network;
Once the smart device is connected to the network, it needs to be bound to the device before it can push wonderful content!
2 How to Bind the Smart Device
Step 1: Enter the 【YouTao Children’s Robot】 WeChat official account, click on the menu 【Robot】’s 【Bind Device】 to access the binding page;
Step 2: Use voice to say “Bind Device”, input the verification code spoken by the device into the text box, and click bind to complete the device binding;
Once the device is successfully bound, you can push content to your child through the menu【AI Listen】!
3 How to View Device Information
Step 1: Click on 【Family Management】 in the menu to enter the device management interface
Step 2: You can adjust the device volume, view device favorites, check device information, unbind devices, and also view family members and modify family information.
