Today, we continue with recommendations for second-hand smartphones featuring the Snapdragon 778G processor. This time, it’s the OPPO K9s, equipped with Snapdragon 778G, a 120Hz LCD screen, and a 5000mAh battery, all for a second-hand price of around 300-400 Yuan. What do you think?

The Snapdragon 778G is indeed a powerful chip, and its performance remains smooth for everyday use even now. It handles daily tasks well, and gaming experiences like playing Honor of Kings or PUBG are quite satisfactory.
There is a 6GB RAM version available, but I do not recommend purchasing it. If you decide to buy, go for the 8GB + 128GB or 8GB + 256GB versions, as they offer a significantly better experience.
The device features a 6.59-inch LCD 120Hz six-speed variable refresh rate gaming screen, with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 2412 × 1080 pixels, 401 PPI, 16.7 million colors, wide color gamut (P3), and a peak brightness of 600 nits, providing decent outdoor visibility.
In practical tests, the screen exhibits DC dimming without flicker at high brightness. At around 10% brightness, it switches to high-frequency PWM dimming. Most users have given positive feedback on the eye-care features of this screen.

The mid-frame appears to be metallic, but it is actually plastic, treated with electroplating to resemble metal. The back cover is also plastic, but the color scheme in the image, ‘Phantom Purple Sand’, is quite attractive.
Avoid buying the black version, as it tends to look unattractive over time:

The rear camera setup includes a 64MP ultra-clear main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The daytime imaging quality is decent for capturing daily life, but performance at night is lacking, as expected from a budget device.
With a 5000mAh large battery paired with the power-efficient Snapdragon 778G, it can last a full day even with heavy usage, offering excellent battery life. It supports 30W wired fast charging, reaching a full charge in 59 minutes.
Other specifications include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint recognition, X-axis linear motor, single speaker, and single-band GPS.

Currently, the second-hand market prices are mostly around 300 Yuan; anything over 400 Yuan is not worth it. Try to find one priced below 400 Yuan.
This smartphone performs well for daily use. As long as you are not into resource-intensive games like Genshin Impact, the Snapdragon 778G can meet your needs. The LCD screen is generally better for the eyes, especially with a large battery that allows for all-day use without worrying about charging. Anyone who uses it knows how enjoyable that is. If you have modest requirements and a limited budget, this smartphone is worth considering~
