Industry associations, research institutes, and other organizations are encouraged to promote the scenario-based application of artificial intelligence technology, focusing on cultivating collaborative design, intelligent production, online testing, preventive maintenance, smart marketing, and other production scenarios, as well as smart homes, smart wearables, smart cycling, and smart elderly care as consumer scenarios. Encourage industry associations, research institutes, and other organizations to promote the scenario-based application of artificial intelligence technology,focusing on cultivating collaborative design, intelligent production, online testing, preventive maintenance, smart marketing, and other production scenarios, as well as smart homes, smart wearables, smart cycling, and smart elderly care as consumer scenarios. Conduct supply chain analysis and diagnosis in the light industry sector based on artificial intelligence technology, strengthen cross-regional industrial chain cooperation, and enhance the resilience and security level of important industrial chains.(2) New Model and New Business Format Innovation Application Action1. Develop large-scale personalized customization.Encourage the home appliance and furniture industries to build large-scale personalized customization service platforms, construct an integrated operation model driven by consumer data, and promote whole-house customization and smart home solutions. Guide industries such as jewelry, footwear, and arts and crafts to apply technologies such as 3D modeling, user participation in design, and modular design to enhance personalized consumer service levels. Promote certification of large-scale personalized customization services to facilitate standardized development in the industry.3. Expand service-oriented extension models. Encourage large enterprises to build design service platforms, promote new models such as crowdsourced design and collaborative design. Guide leading enterprises to carry out smart supply chain certification, constructing new models of collaborative procurement, collaborative production, and collaborative distribution.Support smart home enterprises in building a “product + service” platform, providing entertainment, health, companionship, and other life services through smart products, developing smart home experience centers, and creating immersive, scenario-based service spaces. Promote light industrial machinery and other equipment manufacturing enterprises to develop and promote smart machinery products, providing value-added services such as preventive maintenance and remote operation and maintenance.(3) High-Quality Development Action of the Industry1. Promote high-end leapfrogging. Deepen the application of technologies such as IoT perception, intelligent control, and human-computer interaction in consumer products such as home appliances, furniture, lighting, and watches, promoting cross-brand interconnectivity of smart products.Focus on key groups such as the elderly and children, researching and developing smart products such as elderly-friendly smart homes and life service robots. Encourage industrial parks with good digital foundations in home appliances, furniture, leather, and hardware products to accelerate the layout and large-scale application of new infrastructure such as 5G, industrial internet, and data centers, promoting credible data sharing among supporting enterprises within the park, and creating high-level digital parks.(4) Strengthening Basic Support Actions1. Strengthen standard leadership. Compile guidelines for the construction of a digital transformation standard system for the light industry.Focus on developing common application standards for key technologies, equipment interconnectivity, data security and sharing, and evaluation and assessment on the production side, and product technical standards for smart homes and smart wearable devices on the consumer side. Encourage industry associations, standardization organizations, and others to carry out in-depth standardization activities, promoting digital transformation standards into enterprises, parks, and clusters. Actively track the dynamics of international standardization such as ISO and IEC, support the formulation of international standard roadmaps in advantageous fields such as smart appliances, and accelerate the layout of international standards. Continuously carry out the transformation of advanced applicable international standards to enhance consistency levels.
