
Training Objectives
To possess the ability to develop embedded systems and application software, test embedded products, and sell and maintain embedded products; to master the basic application abilities of embedded application technology, operating systems, programming, and networking; to be able to engage in the design and development of new embedded products, production and management, testing and maintenance, technical promotion, and after-sales service in the electronics and communication industry, computer industry, and embedded field.

Employment Directions
Software development engineer, software testing engineer, computer operator, embedded system and application software development engineer, embedded system testing engineer, pre-sales and after-sales service and technical support personnel for embedded systems.

Training Model
Using a “four-stage + five-level” capability layered progressive training model.
Aiming at the formation of vocational job capabilities, through the introduction of cooperative enterprises, innovating and exploring a capability level progressive training model and evaluation system, forming a capability layered progressive training model with the process as the main line, talent training is divided into four stages (Level: L): L0-L50 (skill reserve); L50-L100 (simulation training); L100-200 (enterprise project training); L200-L300 (internship stage). As shown in the figure below.

Laboratory Construction
The Computer Science Department actively seeks national and college funding for laboratory construction, with a total investment of over 8 million in the past three years, newly established and renovated training bases and professional laboratories. Currently, the Computer Science Department has a computer application and software training base supported by central finance, a mobile internet innovation training base supported by provincial finance, and a digital media industry-education integration innovation training base, along with 32 on-campus professional laboratories and 14 on-campus and off-campus training bases.



School-Enterprise Cooperation
The Computer Science Department actively carries out school-enterprise cooperation in various majors, currently having more than 30 cooperative enterprises in professional co-construction, curriculum construction, textbook construction, internship training, internship, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Upgrading from Associate to Bachelor
Information Security and Management major provides students with a rich and smooth upgrading channel. Over the years, many outstanding graduates have continued their studies at higher undergraduate institutions or obtained undergraduate diplomas through hard work.

2. Self-study program – corresponding majors at Southwest Jiaotong University Hope College, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Xihua University, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Chengdu Sport University, etc.
