Since its launch, the N32 series MCUs have produced over 100 models across 16 series, achieving a comprehensive breakthrough in the market, demonstrating scale effects, and have been widely applied and recognized by benchmark customers in various industries. The newly launched N32G430 series products use advanced 40nm technology, inheriting the advanced technology route of high performance, high reliability, and high cost-effectiveness of the N32 MCU. The N32G430 series has the highest performance configuration under the same resource conditions: using the Arm Cortex-M4F core, with a main frequency of 128MHz, supporting floating-point operations and DSP instructions, and built-in 1KB Cache. The chip performance reaches 160 DMIPS, with a Coremark score of up to 420, and standby power consumption as low as 3uA (3.3V/25℃).
02 Enhanced Industrial-Grade High Reliability
The N32G430 series has multiple reliability advantages, including IO voltage tolerance, filtering noise signals, wide operating temperature range, and enhanced ESD capabilities:
● All IO supports 5V Tolerance, protecting IO from 5V voltage impacts to avoid damage.
● All IO features digital filtering capabilities, improving anti-interference ability in harsh environments, eliminating the need for external filtering circuits.
● ESD: ±4KV (HBM model), ±2KV (CDM model).
● Supports an industrial extended operating temperature range: -40℃ to 105℃.
● Complies with IEC60730 safety standards.
03 Industry-Leading High-Performance ADC
The N32G430 series features a high-performance ADC with a sampling capability of 4.7Msps-10Msps:
● In single-sampling mode: 12bit maximum sampling rate of 4.7Msps, 10bit maximum sampling rate of 5.33Msps, 8bit maximum sampling rate of 6.15Msps, 6bit maximum sampling rate of 7.26Msps.
● In continuous sampling mode, the 12bit maximum sampling rate is 4.7Msps, the 10bit maximum sampling rate is 6.66Msps, the 8bit maximum sampling rate is 8Msps, and the 6bit maximum sampling rate is 10Msps.
● Up to 16 external sampling channels, supporting single-ended and differential mode sampling.
● Supports triggering ADC sampling multiple times at any moment within the PWM period, making current sampling for motor control applications more flexible.
04 Rich Peripheral Resources
The N32G430 series offers 16 sub-models for different industries and applications, featuring built-in high-performance analog resources and rich digital interfaces, including: 3 built-in comparators (COMP), 1 12bit 4.7Msps ADC, 4 U(S)ARTs, 2 SPIs, 2 I2Cs, 2 I2Ss, and 1 CAN2.0A/B bus.
05 Compact Size
Offers 7 packaging forms, with the smallest available being a 3mmx3mm UQFN20 package, making it the smallest and most powerful product in the industry.
The N32G430 series also inherits the unique chip-level security technology of Guomin Technology’s N32 MCU, including Flash storage encryption, multi-user partition management, write protection (WRP), multiple read protection (RDP) levels (L0/L1/L2), and various security protection mechanisms such as encrypted download, protecting the core intellectual property of user code.
Convenient and Comprehensive Development
Supporting the N32G430C8L7-STB development board, fully supporting software development tools such as Keil, IAR, and GCC, and providing NS-LINK high-efficiency mass production tools. The complete documentation, including Chinese and English development kits, application notes, reference designs, and porting guides, is all available for download on the official website.
