RuneAudio is a free and open-source multimedia platform that transforms the Raspberry Pi into a high-fidelity digital music player. It is easier to use, flexible, and up-to-date.
RuneAudio is a system similar to Volumio, currently providing a version for Raspberry Pi and perfectly supporting all types of sound cards from our store. Compared to Volumio, it has several advantages:
1. Boot speed is significantly faster than Volumio,
2. The interface has more bluesy tones and supports album artwork display
3. Network and Wi-Fi configuration is simpler and more convenient
4. No need to reboot to configure sound cards
Disadvantages:
1. Configuration options are not as extensive as Volumio
2. Supported formats are fewer than those of Volumio

RuneAudio Sound Card Configuration Tutorial:
1. Download the image and edit the config file
Remove the # before the sound card configuration to enable the sound card
Remove the # before the interface configuration to enable I2S and other interfaces
Restart
2. Configure in the web interface, select your I2S sound card type
Now you can enjoy your HIFI music!!!
