How to Connect a Bluetooth Mouse to Your Computer

The Xiaomi mouse supports Bluetooth functionality, but I was unable to connect it and could only use the 2.4G feature. The limited USB ports, combined with the long-term insertion of the USB connector, seemed to have damaged the USB port. I thought the mouse’s Bluetooth function was broken, but it turned out I just didn’t know how to use it. After searching for answers, I found several solutions and finally succeeded in testing it. Turn on the Bluetooth mouse and enter pairing mode.Find the Bluetooth switch on the bottom of the mouse and toggle it to the “ON” position to ensure the mouse enters pairing mode (the indicator light usually blinks).

  • If the mouse has a dedicated pairing button, press and hold it for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light blinks. (The key is to press for 3-5 seconds while the blue light is blinking). This allows the computer’s Bluetooth to recognize the mouse.
