2. Firmware Burning
SUMMARY

After downloading the firmware, unzip it;

Double-click to open “flash_download_tool_3.9.2.exe”;

In the pop-up window, select the chip type parameter as ESP32S3, then click OK;

In the popped-up window, select the COM number in the lower right corner (connect the device to the computer in advance);

Finally, click “START” to start burning the firmware.

Note: Configuration parameters have been set, no need for modification.

4. Production Process
SUMMARY

1. PCB production, download Gerber files, send this compressed package directly to Jialichuang.

2. Shell production, download STL files, recommended to use 3D Monkey’s photosensitive resin printing, choose the cheapest material, do not recommend using PLA or ABS materials for printing, as the effect is poor and the precision is low.

3. Component purchase, self-service search for components based on the BOM table.

5. How to Use

First Use

Automatically enter configuration mode on first use

Open mobile WIFI, search and connect to ESPMonitor_Plus

After successful connection, the configuration webpage will open automatically

If it does not open, you can enter 192.168.4.1 in the browser

If it still does not open, restart the device and try again

According to the webpage prompts, enter the wifi information (required)

If the broadband environment is from China Telecom or Unicom, the city code can be left blank, ESPMonitor_Plus will automatically locate based on the IP

If using mobile broadband, manually enter the city code. If you need to be accurate to the district, it is recommended to manually enter the city code (required)

Activation code (required)

If left blank or the activation code is incorrect, ESPMonitor_Plus will not be usable

Inform device ID

After entering configuration mode, the screen will display this parameter

Activation code is bound to one machine

The activation code only needs to be entered once, and there is no need to re-enter when changing wifi later

Kind reminder: Please save the activation code in time

Need to Change Wifi

While plugging in USB, press and hold (do not release) the button on the back to enter configuration mode

Or during normal use, long press the button to enter (follow the screen prompts)

Normal Use

Click the button to change the display page

Double-click the button to change the theme color (black mode & white mode)

Long press the button to display the configuration page, click the button on this page to confirm entering configuration mode

Double-click the button to exit this page display

Computer Operation Data Monitoring

Download and install the supporting AIDA64InfoReader software

ESPMonitor_Plus connects to the computer via a TYPE-C data cable (CH340 serial driver needs to be installed)

Open AIDA64InfoReader

If the computer has only one serial port (COM), it will automatically select that COM

If there are multiple, select manually (as shown below)

For example, mine is COM5, just select it, and it will automatically send.

Additionally, the default sending interval is 1 second, it is not recommended to modify (even if modified, it won’t be effective).

Finally, click to minimize the window to the tray.

The monitored data includes: CPU usage, CPU temperature, CPU operating frequency, CPU fan speed, memory usage, used memory, total memory, discrete graphics card temperature.

After completing step four, why is ESPMonitor_Plus still not displaying computer operation data?

Because another software (AIDA64) is needed.

AIDA64InfoReader reads the data written to memory by AIDA64.

Open AIDA64, go to “File – Settings”, find external programs, check as shown in the figure and apply.

At this point, AIDA64InfoReader can send data normally.

The monitoring data of the computer can also be seen on ESPMonitor_Plus.
