Enabling HTTP/HTTPS Management Access and Ping Function on Huawei USG6331E via Command Line

The following is the method to enable HTTPS management access on the Huawei USG6331E via the command line:

1. Enter system view: In user view, input the command system-view to enter system view.

2. Enter management interface view: Assuming Vlanif1 is used as the management interface, input the command interface Vlanif 1 to enter the Vlanif1 interface view. If using another interface, replace Vlanif 1 with the corresponding interface name.

3. Configure interface IP address: Input the command ip address [IP address] [subnet mask] to configure the IP address for the management interface, for example, ip address 192.168.1.1 24.

4. Allow HTTPS access: Input the command service-manage https permit to allow HTTPS protocol access management through this interface (to enable HTTP/ping, simply replace https with http/ping).

Once configured, you can access the management interface of the Huawei USG6331E via HTTPS protocol. Additionally, you may need to add the interface to a security zone and configure the corresponding security policies to allow related HTTPS access traffic.
