About the China Software Testing Center (Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)
With rich equipment and advanced software and hardware environment, software testing is mainly based on GB/T25000.51-2016 “System and Software Engineering – System and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) Part 51: Quality Requirements and Testing Guidelines for Ready-to-Use Software Products (RUSP)”, CSTCQBRYJB001 “Testing Specifications for System and Software Products V4.0”, CSTCQBRJJB003 “Technical Appraisal Testing Specifications and Evaluation for System and Software Products V4.0”, and the requirements of the “System User Manual”. The technical appraisal testing of the “software system” was conducted from aspects such as functionality, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, information security, maintainability, and user documentation.
About the National Information Technology Security Research Center
Established in 2005, this center mainly undertakes security analysis and research of information technology products/systems; it is responsible for the information security assurance tasks of the national basic information network and important information systems; and it develops information security technologies with independent intellectual property rights. The center fulfills dual functions of national information security assurance and scientific research breakthroughs. It is a national team designated for information security risk assessment, a testing unit for information security grading protection designated by the Ministry of Public Security, a technical support team included in the “National Cyber and Information Security Incident Emergency Response Plan”, and a national professional evaluation institution for non-confidential systems in e-government construction projects as specified by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, and the National Confidentiality Bureau.
