A company focused on the research and development of robotic “eyes” and “brains”—Anhui Migration Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Migration Technology”) has officially settled in Hefei. On June 10, reporters visited this company to explore the innovative solutions it brings to the automotive production sector in Hefei.
“Currently, we mainly provide industrial robots with 3D vision products similar to human eyes and brains,” said Ma Yi, CFO of Anhui Migration Robot Technology Co., Ltd. He introduced that these 3D vision products enable robots to accurately grasp small objects such as automotive components or objects that are difficult to identify in high-reflective environments, just like humans.
He stated that these products can collect high-quality 3D point cloud data with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm, resulting in very low error rates, placing them at an internationally leading level among similar products. Currently, their products are widely used in automotive, white goods, and semiconductor industrial robot production lines, and they plan to expand into the humanoid robot field in the future.
Migration Technology was established in 2017 and is headquartered in Beijing. Over the years, Migration Technology has focused on the collaborative innovation of hardware, algorithms, and software, striving to create a stable, user-friendly, and high-return AI + 3D vision system.
“The decision to settle in the Baohe District of Hefei is due to the rapid development of industries such as new energy vehicles, automotive components, and intelligent robots in Hefei, which attracted us. These industries are also important scenarios for the application of our products and technologies,” Ma Yi stated, adding that Migration Technology will increase its investment in Hefei and establish its East China business headquarters in Baohe District.
In recent years, the robot industry in Baohe District of Hefei has developed rapidly, with over 50 intelligent robot-related companies now gathered in the area.
