The embedded industrial computer provides a friendly and concise human-computer interface for easy operation, allowing manual control via the touchscreen, reading or setting parameters, and monitoring real-time operational data, status, production conditions, and alarm information. Pingsheng Electronics’ embedded industrial computer integrates the wireless transmission function of DTU and the 5-inch color touchscreen, allowing data information to be reported to multiple centers simultaneously, reducing the cost and installation difficulty of external devices.

Most manufacturers’ embedded industrial computers support at most 1-2 serial ports, while Pingsheng Electronics DATA-7401 has 6 serial ports, allowing for more external serial instruments. It also features 1 Ethernet port, 2 USB ports, and 1 SD card slot for easier expansion.

Pingsheng Electronics’ embedded industrial computer uses an ARM Cortex™-A8 high-speed core processor with an 800M operating frequency and industrial-grade 512MB DDR3 memory, ensuring smooth device operation without lag.

Pingsheng Electronics’ embedded industrial computer comes with 256M of memory, which can be expanded to 32G via SD card, allowing for over 10 years of data storage, with data being cyclically stored and not lost during power outages, and supports automatic backup to USB drives.

The communication module uses a minipcie interface, making communication more flexible, with options for 4G/NB-IoT/LoRa based on demand; the built-in expansion module can provide up to 20 terminal interfaces, mainly including AI, DI, PI, DO, etc., with quantities customizable according to customer requirements, significantly reducing the complexity of on-site equipment.
