The SZ11-E-BOX Star Box gateway is an important component of the energy-efficient low-carbon lighting control system, featuring a core developed by Shunzhou Intelligent, which includes a Zigbee wireless communication module, a 4G communication module, and a high-performance ARM chip.
With professional hardware and software design, the product boasts powerful functions, easy installation, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, making it a high-performance automation product specifically developed for smart street lighting.
It complies with the Zigbee communication standard of the IEEE802.15.4 protocol, TCP/IP protocol, and supports interfaces such as RS485 serial port, Ethernet port, and reserved switch output interfaces. Its main functions include timed control, latitude and longitude control, loop remote control, three-phase electrical information collection, anti-tampering alarms, and third-party sensor access.
The internal design includes current and voltage measurement circuits, allowing real-time collection of circuit load operations and electricity usage, significantly reducing the workload of streetlight management departments, improving work efficiency, and enhancing energy-saving benefits.
Three-Phase Electricity Collection: The input side collects three-phase electricity, including voltage, current, power consumption, frequency, and other electrical parameters, with a collection accuracy of up to ±3%
Loop Control: Control of 8 loops, with a maximum current of 5A per loop; the platform allows for setting timing strategies, latitude and longitude strategies, and illumination strategies; 8 single-phase current collections, with a collection accuracy of ±3%
Button Control: Local screen display; password login, remote password modification, reading; local loop control strategy settings.
Communication Management: Uplink communication supports 4G, Ethernet communication, and WiFi (for convenient on-site debugging); downlink communication supports Zigbee master station; 2 RS485 buses, allowing external connections to illumination sensors, national grid specification electric meters, and V2 control collection (supporting a maximum of 36 control and current collection).
Function Expansion: 12V UPS power input; magnetic door switch signal input; 12V dry contact output, allowing external alarm devices; local RTC clock, maintaining time during power outages to ensure clock accuracy; built-in GPS and Beidou modules, supporting GPS positioning and time calibration, with an accuracy of 1~10ms; built-in buzzer, linked to the alarm for shell tampering;
